Control technology for smart system monitoring
As part of our engineering services, we also develop customised control solutions on request – such as Venti SmartControl. This combined hardware and software solution enables the reliable recording, monitoring and documentation of all relevant system parameters: from temperatures and pressures to operating hours, consumption values and fill levels.
Early alarm messages and structured data evaluation support fast and precise fault analysis – long before unplanned downtimes occur.

Efficiency engineering:
Venti M-Series
The Venti M-Series embodies consistent further development in fan design: a fully computer-aided blade design enables peak efficiencies of over 90% at the optimum point and makes energy-saving retrofits possible. In practice, the HRV 63M cement mill fan increases its efficiency by around 4% and saves around 170 kW with a power consumption of 4,300 kW – without any changes to the housing, shaft or bearings.
