Stationary and mobile on site!

We provide preventive maintenance for systems and fan impellers. This is because if an impeller becomes unbalanced, oscillations, vibrations or noise occur and it wears out more quickly or is damaged.
We therefore balance rotors statically and dynamically at our factory. We also offer mobile balancing on site, where we measure and take into account the influence of each individual part. This saves on disassembly and assembly.

Prevention is the best medicine

With a maintenance contract from Venti Oelde, you ensure regular inspections and maintenance. We also check the systems and fans with regard to the current accident prevention regulations (UVV). We are happy to coordinate the dates with operational plans, such as company holidays.

With Venti SmartControl, we offer our customers remote monitoring of systems. This digital measurement and control technology consists of hardware and software. By measuring, monitoring, reporting and documenting the most important parameters of industrial systems, it provides concrete indications of irregularities at an early stage. This allows us to analyse faults quickly and precisely.

Get old systems back into shape at a favourable price

Refurbishing old systems is a cost-effective alternative to purchasing new ones. This is why Venti Oelde offers a comprehensive service concept for both its own and third-party products
Depending on requirements, we carry out a quick repair on site, replace wearing parts, balance - or subject the system to overall optimisation. We carry out extensive repairs at the Oelde plant, where our quality management ensures a fast and cost-minimised process. Finally, we check and record all work as a matter of principle.

Modular wear protection -
highly efficient and cost-effective

We supplement the mandatory wear protection for fans with six modular modules for particularly vulnerable areas. This allows us to replace only individual modules depending on the load or use wear protection materials in a targeted manner. This saves costs and also space when storing replacement modules.
