What awaits you
In-company training
We offer you a highly practical training programme, during which you will get to know all of Venti Oelde’s commercial departments. The first year of training focuses on the basics of procurement and warehouse management, the second on commercial order processing and order logistics, and in the third year you will complete your training with accounting. Our modern IT systems support you in all your commercial tasks.
Vocational school
You will attend the vocational college in Ahlen once or twice a week. To help you prepare for Parts 1 and 2 of the final examination, we offer you the opportunity to take part in exam preparation courses. If you perform well or have the relevant prior knowledge, you have the option of shortening your training period.
Further training opportunities
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, there are many avenues open to you for further training. These include qualifications such as Industrial Business Administrator or State-Certified Business Administrator.
Furthermore, depending on your interests, you can specialise further in areas such as procurement, logistics, project management or human resources.
