Erection and commissioning of plants and fans manufactured by us are carried out by our qualified and specially trained erectors and service engineers. In the course of test runs and measurements during commissioning adjustments and regulations are made to your plant to ensure compliance with your requirements. Our personnel will, of course, give your employees thorough instruction and training in the operation and function of the plant during hand-over.

If it is necessary to interrupt the production process to extend current plants or to repair them, then we will also carry out the necessary work at night and at weekends. In this way we reduce any down times to a minimum.

In addition to our conventional maintenance service, we also offer remote monitoring of the plant via electronic data transmission. Remote diagnosis provides us early with concrete indications of irregularities and allows us, when required, to carry out a rapid and precise fault analysis.

We carry out preventative servicing and maintenance work on fan impellers. Furthermore, we are of course happy to carry out repair work on both our own products and those of other manufacturers.

To adapt fan impellers to expanding processes and increased requirements, Venti Oelde also upgrades existing installations. We specialise in improving the performance and efficiency of fan impellers as well as ensuring their safe operation and prolonging their useful life.
